Seniors Section Newsletter

The SENIOR SECTION and MIDWEEK GOLFERS meet every Wednesday at 8.00am and everyone is welcome to join us.

Wednesday Stablefords, Wednesday Medals and all Wednesday Fun Games are Midweek player competitions, so there is no age restriction, but to play in Matches or Senior Competitions you need to be 55 or older and registered as a Senior Member with the RGC Senior Section.

On Wednesday 21^st October 2009 we hold our AGM preceded at which we will be electing our new Senior Captain for the coming year will be STUART KNIGHT.

Stuart has been of considerable help over the past year, he has fully supported the Committee and we all wish him well for his year in office.

Our Fixtures Secretary, John Humphreys, has now organised our match calendar for 2010 and we now have 15 other Clubs that we play each year. Each match is played at home & away and to be eligible to play you need to register as a Senior Section Member with our Treasurer. Cost £2.00 to register.
