Members Log In
If you are having trouble logging in to the members’ side please carefully follow these steps: (new users please scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the link to register)
- Enter your user name and password and you will be redirected to another page
- When here click on the link ‘lost your password’ and enter your email address into the box
- You will receive an email, go to this and click on the link to reset your password
- You will be redirected to another ‘WordPress’ page in which a generated password will be in the password box.
- Do not leave this page but instead delete this password and enter a new/old password of your choosing.
- Log in as usual
- Occasionally you might find that it is better to log in using your membership number as your user name. This not your swipe card number but a three or four digit number which can be found on your subscription invoice.
