The Royston Ladies Easter Am Am held on Tuesday 5th April 2022 has again proved very successful.

After a two year break it was great to see so many golfing ladies together at Royston Golf Club.

Lots followed the ‘spirit ‘ of the day and created a Clubhouse full of colour and laughter – with several rabbits running about between the Raffle prizes, the coffee table and the Glenmuir rails before going onto the course to play golf and search for Easter eggs too.

The weather was kind and the rough grass well down still and although cold, we all thoroughly enjoyed the day and are looking forward to next year already – Tuesday March 28th 2023.

On the day there were 78 players, in teams of 3, coming from a variety of Clubs – Muswell Hill, Aldwickbury Park, Oundle, and Brocket Hall to name a few.

There were several prizes to play for and a superb Raffle table which raised funds for the Lady Captain’s Charity – Dementia UK.

The winning team [seen above] were from John O’Gaunt, with teams from Gog Magog coming second and Lakeside lodge in third place.

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone from RGC who helped make the day.
