400 years at Royston!

1624-2024 Celebrations

Save the Dates Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October!

This year Royston Golf Club is celebrating the date of 4th October 1624 when George Villiers 1st Duke of Buckingham was recorded as playing golf at Royston.

We invite members to be part of the 400th anniversary celebrations!

A special competition for all categories of Golf Club members is planned for Saturday 5th. On Sunday 6th there will be an historic morning match against a team from the Hickory Golf Society followed by a Sunday lunch for members, guests and invited speakers.
